At BJJ Fanatics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if any physical product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note that digital instructional content is non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Ensure the gear is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and pack it securely in the original shipping box if possible.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
